Proposed research project and timetable (max. 3 pages, plus up to 2 pages of bibliographical references and figures)

  • Curriculum Vitae and list of publications

  • PhD degree certificate, issued by the degree-granting University and bearing the official seal/s and signatures, should be submitted in the original language accompanied by English translation.

  • Work consent from the Partnering Institute/Principal Investigator contacted by the applicant stating his/her willingness to support the fellow’s research project and provide all necessary laboratory space, equipment and facilities. 

  • English language proficiency certificate (such as TOEFL, Cambridge Certificate or equivalent); not required when scholastic education has been undertaken in English.

  • Photocopy of the applicant’s passport

  • Name and contact details of two (2) people who can provide a letter of reference. At least one of these should be a member of the University or College attended most recently by the candidate. Referees are requested to send their letters by email to by the application closing date. The subject of the e-mail should be: "ICGEB-DIC-MOST International Fellowship Program", followed by the applicant name.
