Proposed research project and timetable (max. 3 pages, plus up to 2 pages of bibliographical references and figures)


  • Curriculum Vitae and list of publications

  • PhD degree certificate, issued by the degree-granting University and bearing the official seal/s and signatures, should be submitted in the original language accompanied by English translation.


  • Work consent from the Partnering Institute/Principal Investigator contacted by the applicant stating his/her willingness to support the fellow’s research project and provide all necessary laboratory space, equipment and facilities. 


  • English language proficiency certificate (such as TOEFL, Cambridge Certificate or equivalent); not required when scholastic education has been undertaken in English.


  • Photocopy of the applicant’s passport

  • Name and contact details of two (2) people who can provide a letter of reference. At least one of these should be a member of the University or College attended most recently by the candidate. Referees are requested to send their letters by email to china.IFP@icgeb.org by the application closing date. The subject of the e-mail should be: "ICGEB-DIC-MOST International Fellowship Program", followed by the applicant name.
